Religion, Conflict and Peacebuilding in Contemporary Global Crises

As a closure of the Rome Summer Seminars on Religion and Global Politics, the Rome Gateway will host a closed doors event entitled Religion and International Relations Policy Dialogues, co-organized by ISPI, the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Notre Dame. This year’s theme is on “Religion, Conflict and Peacebuilding in Contemporary Global Crises” and will be co-sponsored with the Community of Sant’Egidio. The event will begin with a public round table discussion on Thursday June 15th, at the Italian Parliament and with the participation of high-level religious leaders and policy makers. The second day (June 16) will be a closed door session at the University of Notre Dame Rome Global Gateway.
