The Rome Gateway supports the University's international mission by hosting institutes and projects engaged in research and graduate education.
The Gateway collaborates with universities, educational foundations and organizations in Italy, Europe and the Mediterranean, as well as with the Holy See.
The Gateway also originates scholarly programming and research in Rome and organizes and co-sponsors an annual lecture series, research seminars and workshops, and an annual program of short-term research fellowships for graduate students and faculty.
