Le Tre Corone: Testi e Contesti dell’Italia Medievale.
Questa serie di incontri, propone la presentazione di libri dedicati ad autori e testi di filologia e letteratura italiana medievale e ai temi di più stretta attualità nell’ambito di queste discipline, che promuova un proficuo confronto tra studiosi di provenienze geografiche ed accademiche diverse.
La prospettiva di un sempre più vivace e ampio dibattito internazionale ispira questi incontri, a cui saranno presenti autori e curatori e che si terranno al Notre Dame Rome Global Gateway in presenza (se possibile) e in streaming, in collaborazione con il Center for Italian Studies e il Devers Family Program in Dante Studies di Notre Dame, con l’Università Ca’ Foscari Venezia e la Scuola Normale Superiore Pisa.
La serie è organizzata dalla Dott.ssa Chiara Sbordoni docente presso il Rome Global Gateway della University of Notre Dame e dal Dott. Luca Lombardo, Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellow presso il Dipartimento di Studi Umanistici dell'Università Ca' Foscari Venezia nell'ambito del progetto di ricerca "Vernacular Textual Cultures in Dante’s Tuscany: Education and Literary Practices in Context, ca. 1250 - ca. 1321" (VERTEXCULT).
The Three Crowns: Texts and Contexts of Medieval Italy.
This series proposes the presentation of recently published books dedicated to authors and texts of Medieval Italian Philology and Literature and to the most current themes in these disciplines. It aims to promote a fruitful discussion among scholars of various geographical and academic provenances.
The authors and editors of the books will be present at the meetings that are inspired by the idea of a lively and wide international debate and that will be hosted at the Notre Dame Rome Global Gateway as well as streamed through the zoom platform, in collaboration with the Center for Italian Studies and the Devers Family Program in Dante Studies at the University of Notre Dame, and with Ca' Foscari University of Venice and the Scuola Normale Superiore Pisa.
The series is organized by Dr. Chiara Sbordoni of the University of Notre Dame Rome Global Gateway and Dr. Luca Lombardo, who holds a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Global Fellowship at the Ca' Foscari University of Venice for the VERTEXTCULT project and is a former Devers Postdoctoral Fellow in Dante Studies at the University of Notre Dame Rome Global Gateway.
