Notre Dame Rome features conference and seminar rooms as well as classroom space for academic conferences and events.

Matthew and Joyce Walsh Aula

The Matthew and Joyce Walsh Aula is the building's largest conference room and event space, comfortably seating up to 125 people. The space is flexible, and can be divided into two rooms which can seat 100 and 25 attendees, respectively. Typically arranged in theatre-style for conferences, lectures or classes, the space has hosted roundtable discussions and working lunches. The room is equipped with two independent audiovisual systems, two projectors, three monitors, four microphones (wired and wireless), and a video conference system.


 

Room 108

Room 108

After a recent restructuring, classroom 108 is a new and welcome addition on the ground floor. Able to accommodate 30 people, the room is furnished with an audiovisual system, large monitor and podium.

 

 


Library

Located on the second level, the library is a quaint space for smaller workshops, seminars, and roundtable discussions. The room is equipped with two screens and an audiovisual system.

Classroom 411

Located on the fourth floor and one of the most utilized of all spaces, room 411 accommodates up to 50 people theatre-style or a roundtable of 25. The room comes equipped with a projector, podium and microphone and audiovisual system.

Seminar Rooms 410 - 412

Located on the fourth floor, each seminar room is equipped with podium, screen and audiovisual system. Perfect for roundtable discussions or meetings for 12-15 people.
