INCH workshop

Location: Rome Global Gateway

The International Network for the Comparative Humanities is an international consortium of graduate students working on modern literature, co-funded by Notre Dame and Princeton Universities, and including scholars from several European countries, including a number of Italian universities.

The workshop models and develops a new form of humanities discourse - non-specialized, not directed towards publication, but grounded in texts and big humanist ideas. It is a way to reconnect grad students in the humanities with what brought them to the field in the first place. We think of it as "slow humanities", like "slow food" etc.
